Race Director Assistance

12:1 Running provides bib numbers and safety pins for all runners.

12:1 Running trains your workers to facilitate event day registration, check in, and packet pick up.

12:1 Running uses RFID electronic chip timing to provide accurate and timely race results.

12:1 Running uploads the race results during to race to allow runners to check their times on our website via their mobile devices.

12:1 Running also provides a final results print out that you can use during the awards assembly. Results on this printout are broken down into division results so your announcer can quickly read off division results for division medals as well as overall medals.

While our main focus at 12:1 Running is timing races, we also have vast experience with hosting our own events. We know that sometimes being a race director can be overwhelming and we want to help you through that process.

12:1 Running wants to keep your timing cost low so more of the money raised goes to your charity.

We are able to keep our timing cost low because we have full time jobs and do this as a second source of income. I am a Teacher/Coach and my wife is the Children's Minister/Daycare Director

at our church.

Our fee structure is based on a 5k and 1 mile.
